Registration accepts any address across India. No dropdown. No city lock. Type your full colony, sector, city or landmark — Areahub works everywhere.

Users set their own search radius from the location screen or via the pill in the top bar. Options: 1km, 2km, 5km, 10km, 15km, 25km. Updates feed instantly.

We call Google's Places Nearby Search API using the user's coordinates + selected radius. Results — name, address, phone, rating, hours — are shown as "Unverified (Google)" cards. We display them on Google Maps tiles (required by ToS). Businesses can claim their listing free and become "Areahub Verified".

Cost: Free up to 28,500 map loads/month. ~$17 per 1,000 place searches after that. For 1,000 daily users — approx ₹1,500/month. Manageable from Day 1.

Every verified provider card has a "View on Google Maps" button that opens their pin directly. Fully compliant — we're sending users to Google Maps, not replacing it.

This link works on any iPhone or Android browser right now. Users can install it to their home screen like a native app — no App Store, no Play Store, no developer account needed yet.

Schools and Hospitals/Labs are now under one "Community" tab with a toggle. Fewer tabs = cleaner navigation. Both are free listings — they drive parents and families to Areahub, who then discover paid services.
